If there is a delay in shipping; or a question concerning your order, we will attempt to contact you by telephone, email, or both. In order to avoid incorrect shipments, we will delay shipping your order until all questions are resolved.
All packages are shipped via USPS Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Free standard shipping is valid on orders shipped to a single US address. Free shipping is not valid for international locations. Heavier items, however, are excluded from our free shipping policy. If you have multiple products in your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can help you minimize your shipping rates.

Extreme Weather Impact on delivery
Sometimes due to extreme weather conditions, your packages may not get delivered by the Expected date shown on the shipping carrier's website or as mentioned on our website. Packages are picked up and delivered manually and bad weather conditions (at the pickup location or delivery location) could cause additional delays.
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania, and the online order system will estimate sales tax at 6%. Customers outside of the state of Pennsylvania shall be solely responsible for any sales tax or other taxes that may be imposed as a result of purchasing products from this website.
